| PRODUCT SAFTEY POLICY - All merchandise must
be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards.
“Seller” states that he in no way guarantees
or warrants merchandise for apparent or non-apparent
safety hazards and affirmatively states that merchandise
sold may have safety hazards and it is the responsibility
of the “Buyer” to inspect for actual
or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so
inspect.
RETURN POLICY - If you wish
to return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Generally, there is
25% restocking fee on all returned items. All authorized
returns must be accompanied in their original condition
with original receipt and a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
No returns on literature
and books, electrical, special order or fabricated
items and some large items. No refunds or exchanges
after 20 days from date of purchase. Not responsible
for any damage that occurs during shipping.
The form must be submitted within 20 calendar
days from your invoice date. An RMA number is valid
for 15 calendar days from issue date. Products received
by Karpartz.com Inc. with an expired RMA number
will be refused and returned to Customer at Customer’s
expense.
No returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA number and All Returns must be shipped prepaid
via any common carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx). Tracking
information is required.
Karpartz.com reserves the right to refuse any return
that is not 100% complete, in re-saleable condition
(packaging has not been damaged or defaced), and
includes original packing material, manuals, blank
warranty cards and other accessories provided by
the manufacturer.
USED PART REPLACEMENT POLICY - “Part Replacement”
is subject to the conditions and limitations set
forth on both this certificate and corresponding
invoice. “Part Replacement” period is
“Silver” unless specified on front of
corresponding invoice. “Silver” “Part
Replacement” is for three (3) months or 3000
miles, whichever occurs first, effective from the
date printed on corresponding Invoice. All claims
must be made within the time period stated on this
invoice and must be accompanied by the ordinal sales
invoice and this signed certificate. Any cores must
be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase
to receive refund. “Part Replacement”
is not transferable to any other party and is subject
to verification. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN),
mileage, year and make of vehicle must be documented
on front of corresponding invoice.
“Part Replacement” is limited to the
time period specified on the front of the corresponding
invoice or twelve thousand (12,000) miles per anniversary
year of length or “part Replacement”,
whichever occurs first. Any part may be limited
to 2 replacements. Parts are covered by “Part
Replacement” under normal driving conditions.
“Part Replacement” may be void if the
parts are used on: hi-performance vehicle, race
car (or regular car used for street racing), police
car, taxi, 4x4 or vehicle used for purposes other
than normal road transportation. “Part Replacement”
is void if engine, transmission, rear end or any
other part is disassembled before our inspection.
Return may he refused and “Part Replacement”
may also be voided if there is missing or altered
parts upon return. Any part that is OVERHEATED will
not be covered under “part Replacement”.
All identifying mark(s) must remain on any part.
Any part returned that qualifies for “Part
Replacement”, will either be replaced, repaired
or purchase price refunded at the discretion of
the seller.
“Part Replacement” does not include
any down time, transportation expense or towing
involved in any part sold. The “Buyer”
agrees that no other remedy including but not limited
to, incidental or consequential loss, shall be available
to the “Buyer”. “Buyer”
is responsible for all reasonable attorneys’
fees, and other costs necessary and incurred in
collecting any dishonored payments or unpaid balance
owed including interest at the legal interest allowed
by the state of Florida. Venue shall be in the county
of the “Seller.

Installation and Maintenance– All parts must
be installed by an ASE certified mechanic to be
covered under “Part Replacement”. Installation
and maintenance referenced in the “Parts Replacement
Policy” must be documented (and must include
the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), mileage,
year and make of vehicle and date) and performed
by an ASE certified mechanic. All installation and
maintenance receipts must be made available to “Seller”.
Improper installation may void “part Replacement”.
Not servicing vehicle every 3500 miles may void
the “Part Replacement”
“Part Replacement” claims must be authorized
by your salesman prior to having repair done, If
at any time u are unsure what step to take next
to protect your “Part Replacement” notify
your salesperson immediately, Failure to follow
the above required procedures may result in voiding
“Parts Replacement”. |
