RETURN POLICY - If you wish
to return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Generally, there is
25% restocking fee on all returned items. All authorized
returns must be accompanied in their original condition
with original receipt and a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
No returns on literature
and books, electrical, special order or fabricated
items and some large items. No refunds or exchanges
after 20 days from date of purchase. Not responsible
for any damage that occurs during shipping.
The form must be submitted within 20 calendar
days from your invoice date. An RMA number is valid
for 15 calendar days from issue date. Products received
by Karpartz.com Inc. with an expired RMA number
will be refused and returned to Customer at Customer’s
expense.
No returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA number and All Returns must be shipped prepaid
via any common carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx). Tracking
information is required.
Karpartz.com reserves the right to refuse any return
that is not 100% complete, in re-saleable condition
(packaging has not been damaged or defaced), and
includes original packing material, manuals, blank
warranty cards and other accessories provided by
the manufacturer.
USED PART REPLACEMENT POLICY - “Part Replacement”
is subject to the conditions and limitations set
forth on both this certificate and corresponding
invoice. “Part Replacement” period is
“Silver” unless specified on front of
corresponding invoice. “Silver” “Part
Replacement” is for three (3) months or 3000
miles, whichever occurs first, effective from the
date printed on corresponding Invoice. All claims
must be made within the time period stated on this
invoice and must be accompanied by the ordinal sales
invoice and this signed certificate. Any cores must
be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase
to receive refund. “Part Replacement”
is not transferable to any other party and is subject
to verification. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN),
mileage, year and make of vehicle must be documented
on front of corresponding invoice.
“Part Replacement” is limited to the
time period specified on the front of the corresponding
invoice or twelve thousand (12,000) miles per anniversary
year of length or “part Replacement”,
whichever occurs first. Any part may be limited
to 2 replacements. Parts are covered by “Part
Replacement” under normal driving conditions.
“Part Replacement” may be void if the
parts are used on: hi-performance vehicle, race
car (or regular car used for street racing), police
car, taxi, 4x4 or vehicle used for purposes other
than normal road transportation. “Part Replacement”
is void if engine, transmission, rear end or any
other part is disassembled before our inspection.
Return may he refused and “Part Replacement”
may also be voided if there is missing or altered
parts upon return. Any part that is OVERHEATED will
not be covered under “part Replacement”.
All identifying mark(s) must remain on any part.
Any part returned that qualifies for “Part
Replacement”, will either be replaced, repaired
or purchase price refunded at the discretion of
the seller.
“Part Replacement” does not include
any down time, transportation expense or towing
involved in any part sold. The “Buyer”
agrees that no other remedy including but not limited
to, incidental or consequential loss, shall be available
to the “Buyer”. “Buyer”
is responsible for all reasonable attorneys’
fees, and other costs necessary and incurred in
collecting any dishonored payments or unpaid balance
owed including interest at the legal interest allowed
by the state of Florida. Venue shall be in the county
of the “Seller.
Product Safety - All merchandise must be inspected
by buyer for defects or safety hazards. “Seller”
states that he in no way guarantees or warrants
merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety
hazards and affirmatively states that merchandise
sold may have safety hazards and it is the responsibility
of the “Buyer” to inspect for actual
or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so
inspect.
Installation and Maintenance– All parts must
be installed by an ASE certified mechanic to be
covered under “Part Replacement”. Installation
and maintenance referenced in the “Parts Replacement
Policy” must be documented (and must include
the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), mileage,
year and make of vehicle and date) and performed
by an ASE certified mechanic. All installation and
maintenance receipts must be made available to “Seller”.
Improper installation may void “part Replacement”.
Not servicing vehicle every 3500 miles may void
the “Part Replacement”
“Part Replacement” claims must be authorized
by your salesman prior to having repair done, If
at any time u are unsure what step to take next
to protect your “Part Replacement” notify
your salesperson immediately, Failure to follow
the above required procedures may result in voiding
“Parts Replacement”.

inception, we have kept all customer information

Effective Method of Opt-Out of Future Mailings -
Senders of emails covered by the Act must give recipients
an effective means of requesting not to receive

APO/FPO ADDRESSES Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO
address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS) which usually
takes about 10-15 business days. Choose the "USPS
for A/FPO address" as the shipping method.
The USPS does not currently track shipments. There
may be 1-2 business day delay in shipping by USPS
method since we have to physically drop off the
packages at a Postal Office. All USPS packages are
shipped with return signature required to confirm
the delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : Currently, shipping is
only available to USA addresses including Puerto
Rico (PR), Guam (GM), and US Virgin Islands(VI).

- Shipping cost as a percentage of the total order
amount goes down significantly with increasing
total order amount. The more you order, the more
you save on shipping.
- UPS does not guarantee shipment to residential
addresses or the week before Christmas.
- Cost of Fed Ex 3 Day Saver and US Postal
Services (regular mail) tend to be similar
to UPS 3 Day Select.
- Our shipping program sometimes does not calculate
shipping correctly in the following situations:
International including Canadian addresses, total
weight of all items exceeding 100lb, and FedEx
and USPS shipping methods. Manual adjustment
of shipping cost is often necessary in these situations.
- UPS does not normally deliver on Saturdays. Saturday
delivery is very expensive. It typically costs
50-100% more of the next-day air shipment with
a minimum $25.

- Q: Who do you ship with?
A: We ship with FedEx and UPS as a rule. We
will ship on your account with any company if
you ask us to however it may delay your shipment.
We also will ship upon request for domestic
shipments with the United States Postal Service
this too will delay your shipping as our pick
up from USPS is not daily.

A: The United States and its territories. We
now ship to Canada and Mexico for an extra fee..

Q: Will you ship to an APO or a FPO?
A: Yes, we can ship there with USPS Priority
Mail. Standard Priority Mail rates will apply.

Q: Will you ship with USPS for International
Orders?
A: Yes, however the post office does not give
us a way to track packages with the exception
of Express Mail when it goes outside of the
United States. As a result we can not be held
accountable for lost shipments when shipping
with Air Mail. We will provide proof that the
package was given to the postal service. This
is the extent of the responsibility we can accept.

Q: Your domestic shipping quote is way too
high! Why?
A: Many auto parts are large and bulky. This
requires us to put the package weight to match
the dimensional weight of the package. For example
a package that is 25 inches by 25 inches by
7 inches - in the eyes of UPS, FedEx the Post
Office and every other company out there this
means the box is 30 pounds or more. Even if
the actual weight is only 2 pounds the size
makes it 30 pounds. The shopping cart does not
know what else can or will go into that same
box. If you order 2 of these antennas - the
staff here knows that will go in one box and
will still be the original dimensional weight
of 30 pounds. The shopping cart however thinks
that is now 60 pounds. The other options we
had for this is to put the actual weight for
an item so that the rate is more accurate for
multiple of the same item purchased. However
90% of the customers only order one of a given
item so we chose to base shipping on the single
item. All of our orders are hand keyed, each
one is reviewed for accuracy when it comes to
shipping. If you ever have a concern about the
shipping rate and you want to know a concrete
rate BEFORE we charge your card, just note that
in your order and we will send you an e-mail
with the correct shipping total. Keep in mind
that this could delay your order if you are
not able to answer the e-mail with an approval
before our shipping cut off time of 4 PM eastern
time.

Q: Your international shipping quote is way
too high! Why?
A: International orders are some of the most
difficult orders to calculate shipping on. No
matter who we go to for shipping no two locations
in the world it seems are the same. For example
a shipment to the UK for 5 pounds may be $25
but that same shipment to India would be $40.
This along with the facts stated in the domestic
shipping quotes being high with dimensional
weight being a factor as well make International
Shipping rates nearly impossible to give a estimate
to. The best thing we can suggest is if you
have an idea of what something weighs is to
go to http://www.fedex.com and do a rate estimate
from New Port Richey, Florida postal code 34653
to you. This will display the book rate for
your order. Our rates are slightly better than
book rate but that will help you make your decision
on shipping. If you ever have a concern about
the shipping rate and you want to know a concrete
rate BEFORE we charge your card, just note that
in your order and we will send you an e-mail
with the correct shipping total. Keep in mind
that this could delay your order if you are
not able to answer the e-mail with an approval
before our shipping cut off time of 4 PM eastern
time. International shipments outside of North
America have a $25.00 minimum charge. Canada
and Mexico have a $20.00 minimum charge for
Economy style shipping. Canada may also select
ground shipping by UPS (Standard) shipping at
rates starting out around $10.00.

Q: What is up with this Residential Courier
Delivery Charge (per package)?
A: Any of the parcel companies, UPS, FedEx,
DHL, Airborne etc charge more to deliver to
a residence than they do to deliver to a business.
This charge is a flat $1.75 charge that we have
to pay to the company delivering your package.
The only company that does not charge more is
the post office. If you ask for postal delivery
in your order comments the $1.75 fee does not
apply. Remember there is no delivery guarantee
with the post office though.

Q: What is the deal with your delivery guarantee?
A: For domestic shipments when you select that
you want the package in 1 day, 2 days, 3 days
or ground service - we guarantee that as long
as the order was in our system before 4 PM eastern
time, and we do not list the item as out of
stock or back ordered you will have it when
you asked for it or before. For example if you
order a pigtail on Monday and you want it for
3 day delivery (by Thursday) we will ship it
to you in order to make that dead line. This
at times means you might get an overnight package
from us if something happened to keep your item
from going out. It also means that your item
may come by any other service level to make
that delivery commitment. If we have failed
to meet your deadline selected when you place
the order you can send us an e-mail and request
a 100% refund of your shipping costs. This does
not apply to things that would delay delivery
such as a snow storm or other acts that would
be out of our control or the control of our
agent (UPS, FedEx etc). Also an attempted delivery
that would have otherwise been within the delivery
commitment window does count as making the guarantee.

Q: I don't like a specific company, (eg UPS,
FedEx) can I tell you who to ship with?
A: Yes, note your request in the comments field.
We do get some discounts with different types
of service with each company. For example as
a general rule of thumb our FedEx rates are
more residential friendly than our UPS rates.
So most residential shipments going with an
air service are going to go FedEx. If you rather
UPS we will honor your request however it may
cause your rate for shipping to increase. We
automatically ship with the lower cost company
when shipping to you. Selecting an alternate
company will never reduce your shipping quote.
