Netscape Navigator Version 4.x and above:
1. Pull down the Edit menu and choose Preferences
2. Under Category, click Navigator
3. In the Home page location box enter http://www.karpartz.com/
4. Click OK when you are done

Version 3.x and below:
1. Pull down the Options menu and choose General Preferences
2. Select the Appearance tab
3. In the Startup section, click Home Page Location button
